Today was the first city council meeting since my swearing in. I am pleased to announce I will be serving on the Valparaiso Redevelopment Commission and as the city council liaison to the Valparaiso Board of Works!
I was proud to make the motion to approve Robert Cotton as president of the Valparaiso city council and also voted yes to the motion which approved Ellen Kapitan as vice president of the Valparaiso city council.
Congratulations to President Cotton and Vice President Kapitan! What a great day for Valparaiso.
