BARBARA DOMER: Valparaiso City Council District 3

Citizen participation is critical to a healthy democracy! Valparaiso leads the way in the region by offering free bus service to all for the entire service day on both primary and general election days. I am proud to have introduced this initiative and thankful to Board of Works members Mayor Jon Costas and City Administrator Bill Oeding for their approval AND adding primary election day to the fare free service schedule.
