By April 15 of each year, a Redevelopment Commission is required to file a report of its activities for the prior calendar year with the executive of the unit and fiscal body (i.e., Mayor, Town Council President, or County Commissioners, and Common Council, Town Council and County Council, as appropriate), containing the information set forth in IC 36-7-14-13. A copy of the report must also be submitted to the Department of Local Government Finance in
electronic format.
Cender Dalton Municipal Advisors is contracted with the RDC to prepare the annual report. They presented the 2024 annual report to the Redevelopment Commission at the March 13, 2025 public meeting and the report was accepted and approved by the RDC. The report is expected to be presented at the April 28, 2025 City council meeting.
Included in this post are both the 2023 and 2024 annual reports along with one map of the allocation areas and another map of allocation areas including zoning and right of way identified.
