BARBARA DOMER: Valparaiso City Council District 3

I am proud to announce RDC President Thorgren and myself (in my capacity as RDC VP) executed the first housing grant agreement as authorized by the Redevelopment Commission. Paradise Homes built 5 attainably priced houses on Kinsey St. The terms of the agreement allow for grants in the amount up to $10,000 per purchaser to assist with down payment and closing costs. These houses are located in District 3. Yay!
